Introducing the 8" Shorty Offset Extension Arm from Westcott! This handy little accessory is perfect for tilting softboxes and beauty dishes, without running into the stand. Made of iron and brass, it can support gear up to 17.64 lb. The 5/8" receiver allows for use with any standard stand, while the 5/8" threaded stud lets you attach your light or modifier securely. Plus, the Shorty can offset a light to the left or right to hide the stand when necessary. For added stability and safety, we recommend using a counterweight such as our HurleyPro weight bag.
