FeaturesThe Shimoda Designs Small Core Unit for Mirrorless Cameras provides versatile storage for your camera gear. With interior dimensions measuring 10.6 x 8.7 x 4.7 inches, it accommodates mirrorless or non-gripped DSLR cameras up to 4.7 inches tall, along with lenses as long as a 70-200mm f/2.8. Suitable for cameras like the Fuji X-T4 and Sony a7 series, it can also house a Canon 5D or similar model. EVA foam-laminated dividers offer protection against knocks and bumps, while the bright blue interior makes it easy to locate items inside. Constructed with lightweight water-resistant material, the unit's multi-purpose skin keeps dust and water out, and can be used separately as a packing cell. An aluminum frame adds rigidity, while EVA foam-laminated sidewalls balance protection with minimal weight. Designed to fit into larger packs and luggage, the Core Unit's shorter depth allows for efficient packing and a lower profile in your backpack. It can be oriented vertically for integration with the Explore v2 25 backpack's side access, or horizontally to fit into other Shimoda backpacks and rollers. Its modular stacking feature enables placement above or below additional Core Units to increase equipment carrying volume within a pack. |
